Double wall corrugated pipe machine is used to produce double wall corrugated pipes made of HDPE, PE, PP, PVC, MPP with inner diameter from 32mm to 1600mm. The double wall corrugated pipe is custom designed for corrugated pipes that are smooth and bright on both sides.
The double wall corrugated pipe machine is now widely used in highway applications such as drainage, permeability, municipal sewage, and power supply cable casing. Our corrugated pipe production line adopts double layer spiral extrusion die head. The corrugater/forming machine operates in a vacuum environment and is equipped with aluminum mould blocks. The forming system features large water cooling plates, enabling faster cooling and more beautiful pipe shapes.
